Is there an initial setup or onboarding fee?
Yes. Depending on the complexity of your custom API environments and legacy database setups, we charge an initial engineering setup fee. This fee covers blueprint designs, sandbox construction, UAT tests, and deployment checks.
Are API token costs (OpenAI/Anthropic) included?
Standard API usage is covered inside your subscription for Start and Scale plans up to preset volumes. For high-volume transaction runs on Enterprise, we configure agents to query using your company's direct API billing channels.
Can we update or change an AI Employee's role later?
Yes. Under our managed maintenance SLA, we allow periodic configuration changes. If you need to redirect a Sales qualifying agent to manage customer feedback ingestion, our engineering team handles the blueprint migration.
Is there a contract commitment?
All listed pricing represents annual billing agreements. We also offer month-to-month terms at a 20% price premium. Contact our sales team for detail sheets.
